Here are a few things you may want to consider when selling on ebay.
1.Try to place your ads on Sunday evenings. The reason is if you list an item on sunday for 7 days then it will end the following sunday. Most people are at home on a sunday night, so they will be there to bid on ebay.
2.Next is describe your item in detail. Even though you have pictures on your ebay listing people like very detailed desciptions. Use colors, brands, sizes, material, measurements. Decribe your item like you would if there were not any pictures.
3. Good Pictures. If you don't have good visable pictures then no one will want to buy from you. Make sure your pictures are clear, upclose and use many. The more pictures the better.
4. Shipping Costs- Do not charge an outrageous shipping rate. People are more likely to bid on something that has Free Shipping or low cost shipping.

Not sure what to sell on ebay? If you are not sure what to sell then you should really find a good wholesale supplier. These companies sell cheap wholesale products just for ebay. They have lists of items to choose from. The company I use even has products for .49 and .99 cents!!

What to Sell on Ebay
Many people ask "What can I sell on Ebay?" Well you can just about sell anything on ebay. Some people like to stick with one or two products and others like to sell a variety of things.
I like to sell a variety of things. Old and New!

That depends on what you want to do.

How Ebay paid for my trips to Las Vegas!
I started selling on Ebay about 8 months ago. I did so much research and reading for about 3 months before I decided to start selling. I was pretty familiar with ebay on the buying end, but not on the selling.
After lots of reading I decided to try it out. I am so glad I did. My ebay selling has already paid for two trips to Las Vegas and I am working on booking my third trip in May.
I started selling a few items from my house and I was hooked!! Your first sale on ebay is so exciting. It motivated me to find more things to sell. I started going to flea markets, yard sales, thrift stores and swap meets to find ebay items.
Things that may seem like junk to you could end up being a new found treasure on ebay !
